Well it seems to me that a lot of people miss the flexibility of the Sun and
as for difficulty of maintenance, I don't see it.  We run numerous Sun
Checkpoint firewalls.  I think the only major issue we have had is the
putkeys.  That could be easier.  But as for Sun OS maintenance we can
install the OS quickly using Jumpstart and hardening scripts we wrote.  As
for flexibility we can do all sorts of cool stuff with Sun.  We don't have
much downtime and since they are clustered with Stonebeat a down machine
doesn't effect anyone.  Then again we don't have any major issues with Sun
machines crashing.
