Is anyone running Netware 4.x IPX through IP tunneling and getting it to work through VPN?

IE, anyone got users authenticating with FW1 VPN, and accessing files that are
on a Netware 4.x box?

We are wondering if it wouldn't make more sense to just switch our Novell server over to
an IP based file server, or if IPX-IP VPN isn't quite the headache it looks like.
