[FW1] Customize Client Authentication Remote Service HTML

I want try to customize Client Authentication Remote Service htmls on FW-1
version 4.0 but FW-1 generate dr. watson error.

(This service accessable trough http://computer dns name or ip:900/ )

How can customize it?
