[FW-1] Hide NAT arp on Linux

Alll,

Just setup a NG-AI for a client running on Red Hat 7.3. All works perfect,
except... he has one hide nat
for a special connection, so I had to use a manual translate rule (from
network - to this ONE host - source nat hide behind
a hide IP)

It goes out, but the router that the interfaces is crossed over into sends
arps to the FW for the hide IP, and the FW
isn't responding.. on the router, show arp shows the IP and "incomplete"
which means it's not receiving an ARP response....

Any thoughts?
