What is your default IKE timer on you SP3 box?

Default on NG is 24hours.

There are problems with W2K SP3 in causing certain memory leaks and
other glitches with other software applications not to run as before.  I
doubt very seriously that Microsoft or any other vendor will admit to
any of these problems that I and others have encountered with W2K SP3.
I would recommend falling back to SP2.

Hi

I have site to site VPN between NGFP3 gateway and NGFP1 gateway running
on Windows 2000 SP3. VPN is failing after 7-8 hours problem is on NGFP3
gateway. After reboot everything worked without any problem for 7-8
hours. It has no impact on Client to site  VPN. If anyone has any idea
please let me know...
