As long as you open all the appropriate ports  on the remote firewall it should work fine.  Be aware, however, that if you are using NAT at the remote site and you have more than person that wants to use SecuRemote at that site you will need the latest version of SecuRemote SP2 and have it configured properly AS WELL as having the UDP port that SR uses open as well.
