[FW1] CVP's and Media Player

I need to add Media Player capabilities for a couple of users and I've found
that it uses raw HTTP, however we use a CVP for all HTTP downloads which
means waiting for the stream to download.

I can't see any way of bypassing all streaming video past the CVP short of
using a static address and two rules - which of course is open to abuse.

Does anyone know of a way to push certain file types past the CVP but leave
the CVP in place for all other traffic - sort of an exclusion list based
either on site or file type.
