When you say it is not working, I am assuming rest of the firewall dmz's are working but only the one with the changed card is not working. If the firewall is connected to a switch, pl. flush the arp cache(on cisco this would be clear arp-cache at the enable prompt). Check the devices on that segment/dmz for arp entries and verify that it matches with the new mac address. Alternatively, if your fw is running off a sparc, you can overwrite the new mac with the original mac address(ifconfig command).
