James,

You have to create scripts containing the ENV variable for the $FWDIR:

. /opt/CPshared/5.0/tmp/.CPprofile.sh
/opt/CPfw1-53/bin/fwm load /opt/CPfw1-53/conf/rulebase.W cluster

This script must be executed in the cron.

In FP3 do not use the Select Target feature.
Otherwhise you will get the error:

Cannot find selected targets
