hi,

in NG the syntax of the logfile-name (if you do a logswitch) is

ipso-example:
2003-07-07_111854.log

yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss.log

yyyy = year
mm = month
dd = day of month
hh = hour
mm = minute
ss = second

cheers
reinhard

        Hello All,

        I am using Checkpoint Firewall NG, and I do not understand the file naming
        scheme. It starts with year-mo-da__xx.log. I was wondering were
        the extra numbers at the end, after the date, come from. Thank you.
