Update management (svn first, then fw-1), then cpstop &
cpridstop & cpridstart & cpstart the thing. Update enforcement
and reboot enforcement. Why not update to HF2 + ssl hotfix
while you're at it.

If you're worried, you can always run the upgrade verifiers on
both systems before doing anything. They're available on Check
Point's website.

Just use whatever version of the GUI is the newest one available for the
FP you're running on the management.

Dump $CPDIR/conf and $FWDIR/conf somewhere. Use zip, tar
or whatever is available.
