[FW-1] NG FP3 Upgrade

Hi folks,

I have got NG FP3 running. Due to some state sync problem, I need to upgrade
to HFA_314.

Do I need to install HF2 then HFA_314 or can I straight away install
HFA_314?


And justice for all ...
