Re: [FW-1] Nokia VPN210 / NG



Did have similar situation for the VPN200 series.
Support notes mentioned that it could support up to
IPSO 3.4 only. Plus recommended installation for NG
is on IPSO 3.5 and above, therefore the max it could
go to is on CPFW 4.1 SP6 and Nokia does not support
this product already.

The latest version on VPN210 is 4.1SP2. Newer versions if fw-1 require newer
versions of IPSO and these are not supported by the VPN210. The 210 was also
delivered with 266 and 300MHz cpu's.

You might be able to install SecurePlatform on it (I haven't tried it
myself) and get NG up and running there if you put in some more ram, but
you'll probably be unable to use the V.35 port.
