[FW-1] dropped SNMP session by rule 0

Hi, we have a CP4.1 SP2+SP5 running on Solaris 2.6. We are having a problem
with some SNMP UDP traffic. Following an accepted log entry, in less than a
second, there is a dropped log entry by rule 0 for the same source and dest
addresses, same service and the same SOURCE port. After a while there are
successful sessions with the same source port again.
I do not know why the FW-1 does not treat the dropped packets as for the
same session a second ago. If the session was already closed, it should
treat it as a new session.
Any help/hint is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Xingfu Chen
