If it is possible to switch ISPs, I concur.  Vote with your wallet and tell them why you are switching.  Changing port numbers from default will only delay the inevitable or not work at all, as routers are now capable of doing stateful inspection of traffic for access control list processing.

The problem is they are also blocking UDP-500.
