 Can we go to the usercenter and modify the IP address in our previous entry
and generate a new license ?

contact your checkpoint-releller and get a new license for the new
ip-address. you don't have to buy anything. run "fw printlic" on your
firewall to see what ip-address is used for the license.

you can use any interface/ip-address for the license, no problem if it is a
private (rfc1918) address.
