Dear friends,

As I learnt previously, the firewall license is based on the firewall
external IP right? But what if we want to change the internet service
provider and we have a new IP? After we change IP, when our firewall still
work? If not, what should we do? Buy another license or just tell
checkpoint and checkpoint will generate new license for us for free?

contact your checkpoint-releller and get a new license for the new ip-address. you don't have to buy anything. run "fw printlic" on your firewall to see what ip-address is used for the license.

Whether the every firewall license is unique for every internet IP? What if
I have to install the firewall in intranet and having private IP eg
192.168.3.10? Will our license overlap with other?

you can use any interface/ip-address for the license, no problem if it is a private (rfc1918) address.
