If the user can't login, they can't use IM. Create 8 different Network Objects (Workstations). Source Your internal and external access users Dest MSN_Network Service Any Action Drop Track Long (or Alert) if you want to slap fingers) Some of these ports may have changed in the last 30 days for the newer release of AOL. Hopefully someone else can confirm the AOL and Yahoo ports.
