Upgrade you EMC first. It's not a supported configuration and Nokia or Checkpoint won't have word one for you until you do this. Your EMC should ALWAYS be at or greater the revisions of your enforcement points. Once you upgrade your EMC you can manage 4.1 enfocement points without issue. Given some of the problems with older revs of IPSO and FW-1 for IPSO I'd suggest you upgrade your EMC to NG FP1 and all of your Nokias to IPSO 3.4.2 with FW-1 v4.1 SP5 as NG FP1 on IPSO is still a bit lacking IMO.
