That response is expected when installing a license on a FW-1 management server.  After issuing an fwstop;fwstart, run fw printlic to verify the license is correct.  Otherwise it's safe to ignore that message.

Hello,

I didn't change anything on my firewall (wich is management + module) I have now this error message below, I already checked the phoneboy site, but the messages didn't resolve my problem.

does anybody has an idea ?

ERROR MESSAGE :

Could not put license in running module: No such device or address Unable to open '/dev/fw0': No such device or address
install: Operation failed: No such device or address
FireWall-1: failed to install
