Hi, Had the same problems as you have stated, the licence key would not reload either even though I deleted it to reinstall and although the status via the command prompt confirmed I was still on line (FWSTAT), the GUI had a corruption, had to reinstall the firewall software, the old policy would not reload, so re configured the policy from scratch, not funny but it worked.
