well, if I were you, I would simply upgrade from Windows to Linux. :)
however, http://www.openssh.org/windows.html says that the portable
openssh compiles on windows with cygwin. Maybe you'll be lucky there.
If not, DataFellows afaik sell a Windows ssh server.
