Try this from Checkpoints Knowledge Base: Error: "Has only loopback (lo) interface, aborting... Failed to Load Security Policy: No such file or directory Fetching Security Policy from localhost failed" (55.0.052) 1. Rename $FWDIR/conf/product.conf to inst.conf. 2. Run $FWDIR/bin/cpconfig. This will re-initialize the communication between FireWall-1 and the interfaces. 3. Reboot the machine. Good Luck.
