You need to take a copy of the sdconf.rec file from SecureID ACE server and copy it into the \winnt\system32 directory on the Checkpoint Firewall module NT box. Then configure a user in Checkpoint that has the same userid as a secureid user - they must match. Select the chekpoint user to be authenticated via SecureID. When creating the user dont you will need to create a new user template called "Generic*" - its a feature of Checkpoint, then create the new user using that template. Ensure you have a firewall rule that authenticates users. Then perform the event that triggers FW user authentication you should be prompted for a username and a passcode (4 digit pin number + 1 time token code), once entered the Firewall should request authentication from the SecureID server. Ensure Firewall module and SecureID server have IP connectivity - this may require adding rules to the Firewall to allow SecureID traffic between the two devices.
