I would recommend SecureClient itself.

It has great funcionality as personal firewall with big advantages as
central policy management (specially in NG it rocks!), central logging, and
tons of advantages over 3rd party solutions.

The SCV checks also improve the advantages from the management and security
aspects...

NG also has the Packaging tool which eases a lot the work of packaging the
VPN client pre-configured with all itens, including the ability / inability
of manipulation from the user side...
