[FW1] Massive OMI performance problems, anyone know good tuning tips
Hi, I am running some OMI code I put together to search through the rules
and objects in order to facilitate a split out to multiple management
consoles.
I have a pretty big objects.C (2.3MB) and a lot of policies. It takes over
an
hour for the query to complete and eventually I get a calloc error with
"resource unavailable".
Anyone know good tuning tips to make omi much more efficient and a lot
faster.
While there are other ways around this using perl, this is likely to cause
a problem with
other omi based applications we are looking at too.
