Try to delete the following stuff on your gui workstation:

<path>\5.0\Program\CPMICache\<mgn_name>
<path>\5.0\Program\session.NDB
<path>\5.0\Program\session.NDB0
<path>\5.0\Program\session.NDBBKP
<path>\5.0\Program\ICA_<mgnt_name>__xxxxxx.crl

then restart your gui again....
