[FW1] secure remote

Having a problem where secure remote throws out the established "site" where
key exchange is handled.  Literally will have my user tell me he can't
connect, and when I research it a little, find that the site is no longer
there.  So we have to go through the steps of creating the site over again.
Has happened about three times already.  Any ideas?
