Check the archives of this list. I have posted a lot
on this topic.

>From what I can remember:

* yes, you need v4.1 keys for everything (fw mod, mang
mod, securemote, etc.)

* back up

* upgrade took out my anti-spoofing rules out.. so if
you use this feature, you'll need to re-configure

* I think some of my firewall props where set back to
default. Be sure you screen print out your config just
in case

* upgrade management module first, then firewall mod

* REMEMBER TO RE-APPLY YOUR SECURITY POLICY *after*
the upgrade!! FW will not work until you do this :)
