[FW1] VPN between Checkpoint and Watch Guard

Hi All,
 
I'm trying to setup a VPN between Watchguard Firebox II and Check Point 4.1.
Has anyone tried this before?
I'm looking for any docs that have the above subject.
 
 
or Check Point to Check Point VPN using IKE/IPSec
