[FW1] VPN Down

I upgraded my FW1 4.1 to SP3.  I run VPNs to several
countries.  One country can not communicate with our
site in USA.  Via the VPNs that are setup we can
communicate with everyone else, and they can
communicate with everyone else.  Just not USA, and we
to them?  The us has the Mgt and FW module on the same
server and controls all of the other countries FWs
which are only FW/VPN modules.  Can't figure it out!
