We are running on Dell/Linux/Redhat 6.2 box. It is fine and fast. It is stable. I had to escalate one issue in CP support to level 3. It was "High port FTP" issue. That was solved by editing base.def file. The people were nice and helpful. Overall I had good experience with tech support so far. I had no problems with robustness. Only complain that I have is slow response from their Log Viewer.
