hi just nat the internal ip addresses which are to contact napster to any of your public ip addresses and permit tcp high ports from this machines to the outside (the easiest way). If you want to filter more, permit only ports in the range from 6500 to 8500, which are the ones that are used. The concrete ones I don´t remember now. regards ----- Original Message ----- From: "Velasquez Venegas Jaime Omar" <[email protected]> To: "FW1-MailingList (E-mail)" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, March 06, 2001 4:49 PM Subject: [FW1] Napster behind FW-1 > > We have been asked to permit Napster protocol for hours. It seems quite easy > (at least for what i ve read) to deny it.However , can anyone point me out > to any doc explaining how to configure napster behind a firewall? > > Tx > > Jaime O. > > > > > > ============================================================================ ==== > To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at > http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html > ============================================================================ ==== ------------------------------------------------------------------ This email is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
