Simply give your servers on the DMZ an RFC1918 address and use NAT to give them their public addresses. I would like add a third network card to our firewall and create a DMZ. Currently we have a /26 network with 64 IP addresses that are public. How do i configure the DMZ network, do i simply split that /26 network in half, and put half of the IP's outside and half on the dmz? Im new to this kind of configuration, so i just dont know how it works. If someone could enlighten me to how a dmz should or can be setup, I would greatly appreciate it.
