You may want to use a tool such as dig to find out all of the
information about the domain, such as

http://193.195.0.1/cgi-bin/demon/external/dig?cutefx.com.

You can then decide which IPs need to be blocked. You can also
look up at ARIN to see the netblock, and optionally block the
entire range that they have.
