I agree with Scott. A complete solution will probably involve a combination of techniques. BGP or firewall HA by itself is not enough to deal with all the issues raised in providing fault tolerance in a multi-site, multi-homed network. You'll want to consider at how this affects your DNS and default gateway assignments as well.
