HAve you found an answer on this one yet?  We returned the cards to Chrysalis and they sent us four more. They said that the boards were defective, but the ones that we got in as replacements are also a little flaky...

We are experiencing almost the exact same error.  The FW is a Sun Ultra 60 running Solaris 7 and CP2000 3DES.  The hardware finds the card alright.  When you install the drivers and reboot, we get a "Device Reset Failed" message several times and then the same "Device Error" message.  I have tried different slots, removal and reinstallation and reload of the drivers to no avail.  I am using the new drivers specifically for FW1 4.1 SP1.  No one has come up with an answer yet.  I have my SUN engineers looking into it right now.  I'll let you know if I find anything.

Has anyone successfully gotten the VPN accelerator card to work with a SUN 450 running FW-1 Version 4.1 with either SP1 or SP2???  I keep getting a communications error with the card when I do a lunadiag.  I had this working with NT, but having problems with the SUN 450.  I have tried every different slot but no go.

Here is the error message that was logged to console when option #3 was chosen off of the lunadiag menu.
