Use "sysconfig" to add new routes Best regards Olaf -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Covington, Chris [mailto:[email protected]] Gesendet: Donnerstag, 6. I have a couple VPNs that use a Windows 2000 Server PPTP router. Suppose the SecurePlatform box is 192.168.10.1 (MASK 255.255.255.0), the Windows 2000 Server is 192.168.10.2 and it has a VPN to 192.168.1.0 MASK 255.255.255.0. If I add, on the SecurePlatform box, for instance (either manually or through the SPLAT GUI): 192.168.1.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.2 Other machines on 192.168.10.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 can't connect to 192.168.1.0. However, if I add static routes on these other machines (bypassing the SecurePlatform routes), the routing works. If I throw in a Cisco router at 192.168.10.3, and add the same 192.168.1.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.2 route to this router, then route 192.168.1.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.3 on the SecurePlatform box, it works? No errors appear in the logs. I would rather not throw in an extra router or add manual routes on every machine. thanks Chris ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] ================================================= ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
