If you are running Linux or Solaris you can edit the $FWDIR/conf/gui-clients file directly, I have found this to be much easier then working through cpconfig.

       I can´t delete GUI client´s from list. See my step-by-step actions.

You shouldn't need to define any. Just define the inbound ports (1494 &
80 tcp, usually... and 1604 udp if you're using an older version of
Citrix).
