I'd actually recommend _not_ integrating it with FW-1. Spam control works
best on an individual basis.

An awesome product I have found that plops right into Outlook as a plugin is
SpamBayes. I have found it superior to other solutions in its accuracy. I
trained it on 30 spam and 30 "ham", and it hasn't missed a beat since.

SpamBayes can also work as a pop3 proxy, but that's a bit more cumbersome
with training and stuff. The Outlook plugin is awesome, though.
