I have successfully used the Dual and Quad port cards on Secure
Platform in a lab installation, and successfully used the Dual port 1000
in production on a non Secure Platform (normal Redhat 7.2 install)
without any issues. I don't remember the specific version of the driver
I used, but it was not the one that comes with RedHat 7.2/7.3 (Default
e1000.o module causes the NIC's to lockup).

Subject: [FW-1] Secure Platform with Intel Pro 1000 Quad port?

Hello,
I'd like to purchase the Intel PRO/1000 MT Quad Port Server Adapter for
use with SecurePlatform. In the supported hardware chart, Checkpoint
lists 'Intel Pro/1000 MT' but the don't specifically list any dual or
quad port versions.

Are the dual and quad port versions supported?

Thank you,
Randy Millsop
