[FW-1] Fw external interface IP change - imapct

Hello,

we are planning to change the external interface ip
address to a new one due to the ISP change.

Im running NOKIA IP 650, NG FP3 in HA managed by
provider -1.

if the licensing is on the internal interface, will
there be any impact of changing the IP address on the
external interface?

can anybody share their experience or suggestions??
