- Grep out all the lines that start with "group" or "passwd" in the
/config/db/initial file on the old Nokia, sort it and copy that to a
file
- Insert a "dbset" in front of each line of that file
- Execute that file as a shell script on the new Nokia
- Execute dbset :save on the new Nokia

You should be done.

Can not use backup/restore since they are different firewalls, except
nokia
box (model) and users are the same.

I tried copy passwd and shadow files. It does not work at all. Tried to
copy
initial file. Can not even reboot.

It must be some easy way to do this.
