Re: [FW-1] SMTP resource strange behaviour - strip recepients

...but there is an option to disable the FW-1 RFC 821/822 checks:
change the smtp_rfc821 and smtp_rfc822 field from true to false in the
firewal_properties with dbedit. I guess there is also a windows tools
for dbedit but I am not familiar with it.
After that you have to reinstall the policy to activate the changes.

wops... it's an old history... CP named himself knight defender of the

sometimes smtp resource erases TO: field due to it's larger than 1024
bytes, sometimes it's no so clear why it's deleted... but there's no
option if you need to use it, CVP and so on...

Hi all,

I have got following problem with my NG FP3 on WIN2k server.
I use smtp resource for incoming mails.
When there is more than 3 recepient in the mail than I recieve mail
without this recipients.
In logs on Fw-1 I can see message : "Too many recipients"
FW-1 somehow strip this recipients and I can see only my own email
address as recipient. So I can't reply to all, I only reply to author.

Anybody meet this behaviour?

Thank you for any suggestion.
