But I managed to fix this by creating a new rule and saving this as a temporary name, eg. "Myquery". This creates a new file with an obscurious name. To find out it's name in the filesystem, list the recently modified *.vd files (in \Program Files\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\NG_AI\PROGRAM). Or check in the file "directoryfile.log" in the same folder. The filename is listed right behind your queryname. Then copy this file to "0.vd" in the same folder. Apparently all log-queries are named with a number and an extension .vd. And all active with number plus .vdactive. This way you can change *all* predefined queries if you wish.
