Subject: [FW-1] no reponse from server error

I've been seeing an error that makes me wonder, it occurs every time we
save a policy... we are greeted with this error:

"No response from server"

The dialog box goes away with a mouse click, but the funny thing is that
the policy changes are saved. We can then push policy with no problem.
Any ideas?
