Re: [FW-1] HA & Stonebeat

Hi!
My personal experience taught me two things trying to startup a full
cluster:
a) command line configuration does not work properly. It does not
configure filter.conf properly. You have to add designated-ip instances
by hand
b) most problems comes from multicast issues. You have to configure the
switches your boxes are plugged to following instruccions found in
stonesoft web. (if you're trying multicast mac way)

check theese two things....

regards..

If you want faster implementation go with Stonebeat HA instead of
Stonebeat full cluster.

Stonebeat's documentation and support is lousy.

I would advise even look at alternatives than implement Stonebeat.
