They take straightforward PC100, some with ECC. Look inside, see what memory
type is used, get the same again, just bigger. The 330s I know take two
128MB sticks (there were several models of 330, though). Nokia use Micron
memory; Crucial will therefore work fine.
However, if you wish to be on the safe / supported side, you can buy this
memory from Nokia.
