The fwauth.NDB is not what you really want. Open it and check the number in
there. You must backup the fwauth.NDB### file. You can later rename it as
fwauth.NDB.

You also should reset the SIC with the command fwm sic_reset. Then
reestablish communication between modules.

You can use the entire conf directory. It worked for me!

This does not work however for cross platform changes.
(ex. from W2K to SecurePlatform)

Tried the files as stated for NG FP3 but not luck,
only the objects show up, no rulebase
