You need to run this command on your management station if this is a distributed system and on the management/enforcement module if this is a collapsed system. The cpconfig command will not give you the user configuration option if it is on an enforcement module.

However, when i use the command cpconfig, i only see these options:
(1) Licenses
(2) SNMP extension
(3) PKCS#1 Token
(4) Random Pool
(5) Secure Internal Communication
(6) Enable Check Point Hight Availability/State Synchronization
(7) Automatic Start of checkpoint Products
(8) Exit
and when i use fwm -a shows me a message: " This is not a management
Station"
What option of the cpconfig i must use to create an user and password?
The version of the firewall is:
VPN-1(TM) &
Firewall-1(R) NG Featured Pack 3 Build 53225

In order to use smartdashboard you will need to
1. Create a username/password using fwm -a or cpconfig
2. If using 4.1 you will need to edit $FWDIR/conf/gui-clients file and add
the IP addresses you want to use smart-dashboard from.
3. Modify your rule-bases to allow the traffic to the management station
from your PC
